Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 296 on 27 August approving a draft protocol on amendments and additions to the Charter of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) of 7 June 2002 as a basis for negotiations.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 292 “On establishing official heraldic symbols of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities” on 25 August.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 291 on 24 August approving, as a basis for negotiations, a draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Zimbabwe on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters.

Labor pensions will be increased by an average of 5% starting 1 September 2026. The measure is stipulated in Decree No. 288 signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 24 August.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 278 “On stimulating participation in international specialized exhibitions (fairs)” on 20 August.

On 20 August Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.277 “On the development of trade, public catering, and consumer services in rural areas and small urban settlements”.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 275 “On the development of farm tourism” on 18 August.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved as a basis for negotiations a draft treaty between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on mutual legal assistance in civil and economic matters. Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 273 on 13 August.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 270 on 10 August amending Decree No. 348 of 9 August 2011 “On measures to organize the collection, storage and subsequent disposal of unused vehicles.” The document is designed to address issues related to abandoned vehicles and simplify the work of executive committees and organizations authorized by them in this area.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 256 on 23 July amending the Presidential Decree on supplies of fruit and vegetable products for national government needs.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 247 “On transfer to the reserve and on conscription for active military service, for reserve service” on 22 July.
