The Republic of Belarus is an export-oriented country with well-developed manufacturing industry, services sector and agriculture. Belarus adheres to the concept of a socially-oriented market economy, which has proved its viability and efficiency.
Overall, in 2010-2023, the country's GDP expanded by 20.1% in comparable prices, with productivity growing by 35.2% over the period.

Development priorities
Ensuring social stability and improving the quality of life through economic modernization, expansion of the social capital, provision of comfortable conditions for life, work and self-fulfillment are the country’s main goals enshrined in the five-year program for 2021-2025.
To achieve this goal, Belarus has concentrated all internal and external resources and engaged every person in the effort to build the future of the country.
