Reception by senior officials of the Administration of the President is held by appointment.

A decision on the reception of a citizen is made by a designated official following the consideration of a written or electronic petition of an individual requesting a personal appointment. The petition should be submitted to the Administration of the President no later than five days before the appointment date.
