- Aleksandr Lukashenko signs decree on development of securities market
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decree No.126 meant to realize provisions of law No.197-3 “On amending the laws on matters concerning the securities market” of 18 July 2022. The decree is also designed to develop the securities market, toughen requirements for bond issuers, and enhance the protection of interests of investors, who are bond holders.
- Aleksandr Lukashenko signs Decree on Hi-Tech Park development
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No.102 “On the development of the Hi-Tech Park” on 12 April. The Decree had been prepared as a result of the government conference held on 11 April to discuss the development of the country’s IT industry.
- Additional measures on radioactive waste management enacted in Belarus
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No.101 on organizing a radioactive waste management system on 12 April. The Decree is meant to enable the operation of a system for long-term storage and burial of radioactive waste.
