      Aleksandr Lukashenko signs Decree on calling up reserve officers for military service

      Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 132 “On the call-up of reserve officers for military service" on 17 April.

        Aleksandr Lukashenko amends lawmaking regulations

        Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the law “On amending laws on regulatory activities.” The document is the logical conclusion of a large-scale revision of legislation carried out in the country in 2024-2025, during which the legal framework was reduced by approximately half (from 170,000 to 94,000 regulatory acts).

          Aleksandr Lukashenko signs law “On amending the codes on administrative responsibility”

          Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the law “On amending the codes on administrative responsibility”. This is the first major adjustment of these codes since their adoption in 2021.

            Belarusian citizenship granted to 230 people

            Belarusian citizenship has been granted to 230 foreign citizens and stateless persons, including 13 minors. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the corresponding Decree.

              Over 270 kids from ten countries to take rest in Belarusian Zubrenok

              Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a directive to allocate funds for organizing recreation and health improvement for 272 children from Algeria, Vietnam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, India, China, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Myanmar, and Uzbekistan at the National Children’s Education and Health Center Zubrenok.

                Aleksandr Lukashenko approves draft agreement on e-commerce in EAEU

                Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No.122 on 10 April, approving the draft agreement on e-commerce of goods in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) as a basis for negotiations.

                  President okays amendments to treaty on prosecution for violating Customs Union customs legislation

                  Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.111 on 6 April to approve as the basis for negotiations a draft protocol on amending the treaty on peculiarities of criminal and administrative responsibility for violations of the customs legislation of the customs union and of the union’s member states of 5 July 2010.

                    Aleksandr Lukashenko orders new bridge across Pripyat by 2027

                    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a directive providing for the construction of a road bridge across the Pripyat River under a simplified and accelerated procedure. The bridge will connect Luninets District and Stolin District of Brest Oblast. The head of state ordered the completion of the bridge's construction in 2027.

                      Aleksandr Lukashenko approves amendments to Belarus-Russia indirect tax agreement

                      On 3 April, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 110, approving a draft protocol to amend the agreement between Belarus and Russia on common principles of indirect taxation 3 October 2022, as a basis for negotiations.

                        Aleksandr Lukashenko signs Decree to enhance state veterinary service efficiency

                        Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 109 “On improving the efficiency of the state veterinary service” on 1 April, which comprehensively amends Decree No. 252 of 28 June 2019. The document provides for the separation of functions and duties of the state veterinary service and also establishes its responsibility.
