Maksim Subbota relieved of his duties as chief of Internal Affairs Department of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee

Colonel of Police Maksim Subbota has been relieved of his duties as chief of the Internal Affairs Department of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee and dismissed from service due to age, with the right to wear a uniform and insignia. The corresponding decree was signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 14 September.
