Aleksandr Lukashenko signs Decree on regulation of administrative procedures
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 313 “On the regulation of administrative procedures” on 12 August. The document aims to bring the implementation of such procedures in line with the law of 7 December 2023 “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the Basics of Administrative Procedures”.
The decree provides for vesting the National Center for Electronic Services with the functions of an operator of the state information system Register of Administrative Procedures, which his owned by the Economy Ministry. This is done to ensure the availability of information on administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities.
The Council of Ministers is authorized to regulate the fees for services (works) rendered by the authorized body in the course of administrative procedure, as well as to establish the form of the regulations of such procedure.
Under the document, Decree No. 240 of 25 June 2021 “On administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities” shall be recognized to have lost force.
