32 Belarusian mothers of many awarded Orders of Mother
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.196 on 10 May to bestow Orders of Mother upon Belarusian women, who have given birth to and raised five or more kids.
The awardees include employees of industrial enterprises and agribusiness enterprises, civil engineering organizations, the prosecution service, the Internal Affairs Ministry, the social sphere, the housing and utilities industry, trade, education institutions, culture institutions, and healthcare institutions as well as housewives.
In particular, Orders of Mother have been bestowed upon a leading specialist for ensuring the core activity of the prosecution service in Tolochin District Lyudmila Alkhimovich, a loader of raw materials at the Dubrovno flax factory Alla Belokhvostova, a teacher at F.P. Kirichenko gymnasium No.9 in Grodno Maria Kisel, a controller of the natural gas consumption metering service of the Smorgon branch of the Grodnooblgaz enterprise Olga Minchenya, a handler of service dogs with the canine branch of the aviation security service of Minsk National Airport Yelena Vasilchenko, an art director with the Republican Theater of Belarusian Dramaturgy Yelena Kolyasnikova.
A total of 32 women residing in Vitebsk Oblast, Grodno Oblast, and the city of Minsk have been awarded Orders of Mother.
