Aleksandr Kupchenya appointed chief of Internal Affairs Department of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee

    Colonel of Police Aleksandr Kupchenya has been appointed chief of the Internal Affairs Department of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee. The relevant decree was signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 17 September.
