Major-General Vladimir Bely appointed Belarus’ Deputy Defense Minister
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Major-General Vladimir Bely Deputy Defense Minister on 8 July.
Until now, Vladimir Bely headed the Main Directorate for Combat Training of the Armed Forces.
Under a separate presidential Decree, Major-General Aleksandr Naumenko, who previously served as Deputy Defense Minister, has been relieved of his duties and discharged from military service into the reserve with the right to wear military uniform and insignia.
