On amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus (amendments to Decree No. 370 of 10 October 2017)

The Entrepreneurship Development Council will change its status from the consultative body under the auspices of the President of Belarus to the consultative body under the auspices of the Council of Ministers. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed corresponding Decree No. 163 on 26 April.

From now on the composition of the Entrepreneurship Development Council will be approved by the Prime Minister of Belarus. The council will be presided by the deputy prime minister in charge of economic issues.

The Decree will facilitate the process of making dictions and optimize the procedure of appointing new members.
