Vladimir Sychevsky relieved of post of head of Interior Affairs Department of Gomel Oblast Executive Committee

Major-general Vladimir Sychevsky has been relieved of the post of the head of the Interior Affairs Department of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee and transferred to the retired reserve with a right to wear the uniform and rank insignia. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 3 March.
