Vladimir Spivakov honored with Order of Francysk Skaryna

The Order of Francysk Skaryna was conferred on artistic director and principal conductor of the chamber orchestra Moscow Virtuosi, President of the Moscow International Performing Arts Center Vladimir Spivakov for a big personal contribution to the development and promotion of classical art, huge input in the enhancement of cultural ties between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree was signed by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on 24 February.
