Vladimir Archakov appointed Deputy State Secretary of Security Council of Belarus

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Colonel Vladimir Archakov Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus. Vladimir Archakov has been relieved of his duties as the Head of the Vitebsk Oblast Office of the State Security Committee of Belarus.

    Major-General Alexei Yelfimov has been relieved of his duties as the Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus and has retired from active military service due to his age.

    Colonel Sergei Feoktistov has been appointed the Head of the Vitebsk Oblast Office of the State Security Committee of Belarus.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the relevant decrees on 21 February.
