Viktor Legan appointed head of Investigative Committee’s department for Brest Oblast

    Viktor Legan has been appointed head of the Investigative Committee’s department for Brest Oblast. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a corresponding Decree on 8 January.
