Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko had a telephone conversation with Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Belarusian head of state warmly congratulated his Kazakhstan counterpart on his 70th birthday and wished him strong health and further success in his state activities.
