Report of KGB Chairman Valery Vakulchik
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko received a report
from Chairman of the State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus Valery Vakulchik
and the President’s Aide for National Security Viktor Lukashenko on 9
September.
The head of state was interested in the state of affairs in Belarus in the run-up to the parliamentary elections. Aleksandr Lukashenko was told that the situation is calm and there are no security threats. There are also no problems with public security either.
Apart from that, Aleksandr Lukashenko was also informed about progress in the investigation of several criminal cases the President closely follows.
