Presidents signs Decree on introducing amendments to Decree No. 405 of 30 August 2005

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the Decree on introducing amendments and additions to Decree No. 405 of 30 August 2005.

In line with the documents people residing and working in rural areas can get preferential loans for 20 years with the interest rate equal to 10% of the refinancing rate of the National Bank. However, the interest rate should make at least 3%. Families with many children living in rural areas are granted loans for 40 years with a 1% interest rate.
