President of European Olympic Committees awarded medal of Francysk Skaryna
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented the medal of Francysk Skaryna to President of the European Olympic Committees Patrick Joseph Hickey. The head of state signed a corresponding decree on 8 June.
