President Aleksandr Lukashenko Makes Promotions to Higher Military and Special Ranks

On 20 February President Aleksandr Lukashenko issued a number of decrees on making promotions to higher military and special ranks.

Major General Mikhail Puzikov has been appointed Deputy Defense Minister.

Major General Valery Khokhlov has been appointed head of the Combat Training Department of the Armed Forces.

Colonel Igor Matrashilo has been appointed head of the Territorial Defense department, Deputy Commander of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
