Greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin as the country celebrates Russia Day.

    “This holiday has become a symbol of people’s unity and pride for all Russians, belief in a better future of their native country with a rich history and unique cultural heritage.”

    “Today the Russian Federation firmly defends its national interests, creates conditions for sovereign development, consistently strengthens positions on the international arena.”

    “Your commitment to the ideals of justice, high responsibility for the fate of the state, eagerness to ensure security are universally supported by different generations of Russian citizens.”

    I am convinced that by joint efforts Minsk and Moscow will consistently expand and deepen relations relying on many centuries of friendship and brotherhood.”

    Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Vladimir Putin good health, fulfillment of all plans and aspirations. He wished the people of Russia peace and accord.

    The President has also sent greetings to Russian Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union State Mikhail Mishustin, Chairperson of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Chairman of the State Duma, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State Vyacheslav Volodin.
