Aleksandr Lukashenko attends final stage of national beauty contest Miss Belarus 2023

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko went to see the final stage of the national beauty contest Miss Belarus 2023 on 8 September.

The final show of the contest took place in the Sport Palace in Minsk. Thousands of people from all over the country turned up to see the colorful show and certainly root for the contestants. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko was one of the spectators.

As many as 24 girls competed for the Miss Belarus title in the final stage. A competent panel of judges chose the best girl. The panel of judges included the TV hostess Polina Shuba, the chief ballet master of the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater Igor Kolb, the head of the National Beauty School Bozhena Yeremich, the Belarusian racing driver Sergei Vyazovich, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM) Aleksandr Lukyanov, Director of the representative office of the interstate television and radio company MTRK Mir in Belarus Olga Shpilevskaya.

Eleonora Kachalovskaya won the Miss Belarus 2023 title. A special gift from the President – evening gowns – was an excellent addition to the gala night for all the participants of the contest. The girls put them on when they had to come out onto the stage.
