Order of Mother conferred on 30 women from Gomel Oblast, Grodno Oblast
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a decree to confer the Order of Mother on 30 women from Gomel Oblast and Grodno Oblast for giving birth to and raising five and more children.
The award was conferred on women from all walks of life, including women working in the agricultural sector, education, healthcare and trade, social workers, and housekeepers.
Among them are stock breeder from Zhitkovichi District Maria Gudkova, kindergarten teacher assistant from Gomel Natalia Kovalyova, mail carrier from Zhlobin District Tatiana Silchenko, agricultural worker from Voronovo District Natalia Vilkel, janitor from Dyatlovo Elena Gubko, teacher from Volkovysk Svetlana Khvoshchyova.
