Order of Fatherland 3rd Class bestowed upon Anatoly Rubinov

Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Rubinov was awarded the Order of Fatherland 3rd Class in recognition of his productive work and social activities, a big personal contribution to the development of legislation, parliamentary government and inter-parliamentary cooperation. The corresponding decree was signed by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on 26 March.

The head of state also signed the executive order to award Belarus President’s commendation to workers of various industries.

For many-year productive scientific and pedagogical work and a big personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists the President officially thanked head of the HR department of the Belarusian State Transport University Alexander Zenkevich and deputy head of the railway transport testing center SEKA of the university Sergei Makeyev, head of the chair for radiation chemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical technologies of the Belarusian State University Oleg Shadyro.

For many-year productive work in state administration bodies, exemplary fulfillment of service duties the President conferred commendation on deputy head of the main economy, finance and trade department of the President’s Property Management Directorate Irina Yermolovich.

For many-year productive work and a big personal contribution to the implementation of the social protection policy the President officially thanked head of the informatization department at the Social Protection Fund of the Labor and Social Protection Ministry Vitaly Babich, deputy head of the committee, head of the pensions and allowances department at the labor, employment and social protection committee of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee Teresa Guz, director of the Khotimsk psycho-neurological boarding school Mikhail Kolesnev.

President’s commendation was also presented to head of the social protection department at Gomel’s Zheleznodorozhny district administration Irina Samuseva and nurse’s aide of the psycho-neurological department of the Kossovo psycho-neurological rest home for the elderly and disabled people Zinaida Shelest.

Worker of the affiliated company of OAO Mostostroy Sergei Stasyuk was officially thanked by the Belarusian President for many-year productive work, professional excellence and a big personal contribution to the road infrastructure construction.

Apart from that, senior coach and teacher of Minsk specialized Olympic reserve school No. 1 Vladimir Kapshukov received the President’s commendation for a big contribution to the development of biathlon and training of the Belarusian biathlon team.
