Aleksandr Lukashenko approves draft interim trade agreement between EAEU, Mongolia

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 426 to approve the draft interim trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states, on the one hand, and Mongolia, on the other hand, as a basis for negotiations.

This international agreement is aimed at liberalizing the terms of mutual trade between the EAEU and Mongolia, simplifying the conditions and customs procedures by zeroing duties on 375 commodity items.

The document will ensure competitive conditions for Belarusian exporters to Mongolia, including savings in part of customs duties. The government shall negotiate and sign the draft interim trade agreement.
