Belarus’ Economy Minister, leading economists honored with Medal for Labor Merits
The Economy Minister of Belarus and a number of leading economists have been honored with the Medal for Labor Merits. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed corresponding Decree No. 311.
In recognition of the many-year productive work in public administration bodies, exemplary fulfillment of service duties, a big personal contribution to the social and economic development of Belarus the medals were conferred on Belarus’ Economy Minister Aleksandr Chervyakov, first deputy head of the Main Economic Department of the Belarus President Administration Roman Brodov, deputy head of the Social Sector Economy Department – head of the Living Standards Department of the Economy Ministry Svetlana Lazuka, head of the Main Economic Department of the Apparatus of the Council of Ministers Sergei Surovets.
Aleksandr Lukashenko has also signed an executive order to present official letters of commendation. For many-year productive work, professional excellence, a big personal contribution to the social and economic development of Belarus letters of commendation from the Belarusian President were given to head of the Regional Development and Contractual Relations Department of the Economy Ministry Tatyana Andreyeva, first deputy director for research of the Economic Research Institute of the Economy Ministry Lyudmila Borovik and deputy head of the Main Department for Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting – head of the Forecast and Programs Department of the Economy Ministry Yelena Kostyukovich.
