Leonid Maltsev appointed Chairman of Belarus’ State Border Committee 

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Lieutenant General Leonid Maltsev Chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus. Leonid Maltsev was relieved of the post of the State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council.

Colonel Alexander Boyechko was relieved of the post of the Chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus and was placed at the disposal of the Chairman of the State Border Committee.

The head of state signed corresponding decrees on 2 November.
