Konstantin Martynetsky appointed First Deputy Head of Belarus President Administration

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Konstantin Martynetsky First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 3 April.
