Honorary state banner of the Republic of Belarus conferred on Grodno Oblast

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a decree to award the honorary state banner of the Republic of Belarus to Grodno Oblast for special achievements in economic development and in connection with the 70th anniversary of the region’s establishment.
