Greetings to Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent
greetings to the President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, as the two countries
celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic
relations.
“Belarus draws much attention to the mutually beneficial cooperation with Venezuela. Over a rather short period of time, we have created a reliable judicial, political, and economic foundation of the Belarusian- Venezuelan interaction. Our countries successfully cooperate within the framework of the UN and other international organizations,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state remarked that the active political dialogue helped Belarus and Venezuela significantly expand bilateral trade and economic ties, advance cooperation contacts to a high level, implement large-scale projects in oil production, gasification, construction, manufacturing, and agriculture.
“I am convinced that Belarus and Venezuela will continue their strategic partnership relying on the principles of mutual help and respect for the common interests of our nations,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.
