    I express my greetings to the participants of the 7th CIS forum of creative and scientific intellectuals.

    This large-scale event developed its good traditions and is now one of the most important forums in the CIS. Such annual meetings forge fruitful cooperation of our countries in intellectual and spiritual spheres and promote further development of integration processes.

    I am convinced that the forum which will take place in an ancient, wonderful, and hospitable city, Ashgabat, will be held in the atmosphere of an open and interested dialogue, will help conceive new ideas and joint projects, strengthen friendship between the nations.
