I send by warmest greetings to the guests and participants of the 22nd Minsk International Book Fair and the International Symposium of Litterateurs “Writer and Time”.
Several generations of Belarusians are fond of books, which characters were role models, which helped develop the worldview, fostered commitment to the Homeland, instilled the ability to find a way out from difficult life situations.
For us it is extremely important that the thoughtful and sensitive ideas of writers help bolster the principles of morality, the feeling of responsibility of a person for the future of the country, promote mercy and kindness, and help consolidate the society in the face of the threats and challenges of the 21st century.
