Greetings to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev.

“Productive and comprehensive development of fraternal Azerbaijan is inseparably connected with your efforts to build a strong and independent state,” the felicitation message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko remarked that the intensive contacts, mutual understanding and trustworthy top-level dialogue are the distinctive features of Belarus- Azerbaijan relations and help enhance the traditions of friendship between the two nations.

“I am convinced that the implementation of the agreements which were reached during your visit to Belarus will make a big contribution to the development of the sustainable and versatile cooperation between Minsk and Baku, improve the wellbeing of the two nations,” the Belarusian head of state said.
