Belarus’ agricultural workers honored with state awards, commendation letters
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a decree and an order on 4 September to confer state awards and commendation letters on workers of the agricultural industry.
Agricultural workers were honored with orders, medals, and commendation letters for many years of fruitful work, significant personal services to the agricultural sector, and exceptional performance.
The Order of Honor was awarded to Chief Agronomist of the Agro-Kobrinskoye enterprise Ivan Gusak; the Medal for Labor Merits was bestowed upon Director of the Voznesensky company from Zhabinka District Nadezhda Kondratyuk, car driver of the Dvoretsky enterprise from Luninets District Vladimir Kindruk, and tractor driver of the Zherebkovichi enterprise from Lyakhovichi District Anatoly Petukh.
Head of the agricultural production cooperative Doropeyevichi Vasily Yukhimuk received the Honored Worker of Agriculture of Belarus title.
A number of professionals were honored with the President's commendation letters, including Head of the agricultural production cooperative Fedorsky from Stolin District Nikolai Agafonov, Head of the Svody branch of the Ostromechevo company from Brest District Fyodor Vabishchevich, tractor driver of the Agro-Motol enterprise from Ivanovo District Ruslan Suprun and car driver of the Ryasna branch of the Belovezhsky enterprise from Kamenets District Stepan Tsaruk.
