Dmitry Shakhrayev appointed Deputy Head of Belarus President’s Security Service

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Colonel Dmitry Shakhrayev Deputy Head of the Belarus President’s Security Service. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 27 November.
