Dmitry Konoplyanik appointed Head of Minsk Office of Belarus’ Investigation Committee

Colonel of Justice Dmitry Konoplyanik has been appointed Head of the Minsk Office of the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Belarus. President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on 3 September.
