Condolences to Sri Lanka President Maithripala Sirisena
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Sri Lanka President Maithripala Sirisena over deadly terrorist attacks.
According to the head of state, it is with deep pain that people in Belarus have learned the news about numerous victims of a series of terrorist attacks which happened in Sri Lanka on 21 April.
“The Republic of Belarus resolutely condemns these cynical and ruthless crimes against the people of Sri Lanka, calls on the global community to continue the fight against any manifestations of terrorism, extremism, intolerance and invites the progressive society to join the extensive dialogue in order to enhance measures of trust and security,” the message of condolences reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko also offered heartfelt condolences and support to the families and friends of the victims and the entire Sri Lankan nation.
