Commentary to Decree No. 77 of 23 February 2016

On 23 February Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 77 to resume certain norms of Decree No. 590 of 31 December 2013 “Concerning public procurement contracts for goods (works, services)” which became void on 1 January 2016.
