Commentary to Decree No. 69 of 17 February 2015
President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 69 “Concerning the use of promissory notes” on 17 February.
The document specifies the comprehensive organizational and legal mechanism of financing export deliveries. On the one hand, it enables exporters to give longer respite on the payment for shipped goods to nonresident customers. On the other hand, it helps get payments for the shipment of goods from banks and specialized legal entities within several bank working days.
