Commentary to Decree No. 568 “Concerning the restructuring of a number of prosecution bodies of the Republic of Belarus”

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 568 “Concerning the restructuring of a number of prosecution bodies of the Republic of Belarus”.

With a view to optimizing the network of prosecution bodies the Decree envisages the incorporation of prosecution bodies of the Zheleznodorozhny, Novobelitsky, Sovetsky and Tsentralny districts of Gomel into a single prosecution body of Gomel.
