Commentary to Decree No. 566 of 4 December 2014
On 4 December President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko
signed Decree No. 566 “Concerning administrative procedures”.
The document aims to improve legal regulation of administrative procedures in compliance with the law enforcement practice.
The decree reviews the list of administrative procedures conducted by government bodies and other organizations upon people’s applications which was approved by President’s Decree No. 200 of 26 April 2010.
Particularly, the decree streamlines administrative procedures connected with the modification and replanning of residential housing, changes the duration of permits concerning participation in road traffic (period of time for technical inspection) for certain categories of transport vehicles.
The Decree shall enter into force in a month after its official publication.
