Commentary to Decree No. 497 of 28 December 2016
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No.
497 on 28 December. In line with the decree, the investment project to build the
multifunctional complex BK Capital Center in Minsk's Oktyabrskaya Square will be
implemented in 2017-2020.
In line with the presented architectural concept, the complex will include administrative and retail premises, business apartments, premises for public catering outlets, and an underground parking lot.
The project's implementation will allow completing the architectural ensemble of one of the central squares in the Belarusian capital city.
