Commentary to Decree No. 483 of 13 October 2014
On 13 October President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 483 which introduced additions and amendments to Decree No. 551 of 28 November 2005 “On measures to enhance traffic security”.
The document aims to step up traffic security and improve traffic regulations.
In accordance with the Decree, driving schools will increase the Category B driving license practical course from 40 hours to 50 hours. Driving schools will have four months to organize the training of drivers in line with the new requirements.
The Decree will enter into force in three months after its official publication.
