Commentary to Decree No. 471 of 8 October 2014
On 8 October President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 471 “Concerning the operation of distilleries and breweries”.
In line with the decree, from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2016 all Belarusian manufacturers of alcohol products and (or) beer have the right to determine the moment of actual sale (transfer) of excisable goods.
