Commentary to Decree No. 461 of 9 October 2013
On 9 October President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 461 to introduce amendments to Decree No. 538 of 14 October 2010 “Concerning the operation of condominiums and developer organizations”.
The document includes norms which step up control over the operation of condominiums and developer organizations, ratchet up responsibility of heads of these organizations for the management of common assets.
The decree shall enter into force after its official publication.
