Commentary to Decree No. 452 of 14 December 2016
The legislation on pension coverage is improved in
Belarus. President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed corresponding decree No. 452 on
14 December.
The document aims harmonize the President’s resolutions with decree No. 137 of 11 April 2016 “On the improvement of pension coverage”. For this purpose, it is envisaged to amend the provision on age which is one of the criterions for the determination of the people’s working ability when providing targeted social aid in the form of monthly pensions and travel privileges in the period from 1 May to 30 September.
Besides, the decree specified the age people who can be placed on the waiting lists for social housing and other issues.
