Commentary to Decree No. 36 of 17 January 2013

The document stipulates that involuntary towing in and evacuation of transport vehicles should be performed using technical means belonging to law enforcement agencies, other government bodies of organizations, in which at least 50% of shares belong to the state.

Such vehicles should be kept at secure parking lots belonging to law enforcement agencies or other government bodies.

The organizations to be in charge of this activity should be defined by local executive bodies within two months.

The decree shall enter into force after its official publication.
