Commentary to Decree No. 328 of 30 June 2014

Saleo Holding Company will purchase shares of enterprises Gidroprovod and Gidromash. This is envisaged by Decree No. 328 “Concerning the development of hydraulic machine-building” which was signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 30 June.

The document aims to improve the material and technical base of hydraulic equipment manufacturing. Apart from that OOO Saleo will purchase shares of state-owned OAO Gidroprovod (Gomel) and OAO Gidromash (Kobrin).

“The decree will help create modern high-tech production of hydraulic equipment with a high level of production localization, raise the quality of Belarusian equipment, expand the export geography.
