In order to improve the operation of the railway transport, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 202 on measures to develop the railway passenger transportation system.

The Decree envisages the development of a comprehensive system of passenger transportation by train, new principles of the tariff policy.
