Commentary to Decree No. 14 of 10 January 2013
On 10 January President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 14 “On introducing amendments and additions to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 232 of 5 May 2009”. The decree aims to improve the mechanism of holding auctions (contests).
The decree envisages the possibility of e-trade while selling state-owned property, including land parcels.
