Commentary to Decree No. 118 of 10 March 2014

Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 118 “Concerning student brigades” on 10
March.
The document aims to promote the student brigades movement, unite young people by an important civil and patriotic goal, encourage them to take part in the construction of facilities of nationwide importance.
The document has introduced the status of the All-Belarus Student Construction Site and oblast student construction sites. BRSM will be responsible for the formation of student brigades.
Given the strategic importance of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant, it will have the status of the All-Belarus Student Construction Site.
